Zovo Date Poll
Find a time that works for the group with a shared voting page.
Zovo Date Poll turns a few proposed times into a shared page. People open the link, enter a first name, and mark each time yes, if need be or no. The organizer sees the leading time, picks the final one, and everyone gets an Add to calendar file. Times are shown in the organizer's time zone with the UTC offset, and in each visitor's own time zone.
What it does
- A shared voting page anyone can open without an account
- 2 to 30 time options in one IANA time zone, with daylight-saving changes handled and impossible times refused
- Yes, if need be and no answers, with a stated best-time rule
- Each visitor also sees the times in their own time zone
- Final time with an RFC 5545 calendar file (.ics)
- Private organizer page with every answer and a CSV export
Try asking
“Make a date poll for Team dinner in Europe/Berlin: Nov 14 19:00, Nov 15 19:00, Nov 21 18:30”
“Which of these works for our book club? Dec 2, Dec 3 or Dec 9 at 18:00 New York time”
“Show the results of my date poll”
Limitations
- Pages end after at most 120 days; answers are deleted 30 days later
- One time zone per poll; times are local to that zone
- Names are not verified. Anyone with the public link can answer
- No emails or reminders are sent
